Our assessment determines which care suits your dog and whether a place is available. Only our confirmation turns the request into a booking and fixes the amount agreed at confirmation. Any later paid change takes place only under arrangements shown in advance and expressly accepted.

Are there unexpected holiday surcharges?
Regular care does not incur unexpected surcharges simply because a period is busy. Any bespoke or external cost is agreed in advance.
Can my dog keep eating its usual food?
Yes. We generally prefer your dog’s usual food and familiar feeding routine. Record portions, allergies and instructions clearly in the profile.
Can I change or cancel free of charge?
Yes. Booking requests, changes and cancellations can be managed in the client account without an administration charge.
