The duration and format depend on the booked service, route, weather and the dogs in the group. The practical arrangement is shown before confirmation.
Does every dog walk off lead?
No. Off-lead walking is considered only when recall, behaviour, permissions, surroundings and group safety make it safe and appropriate.
Do you collect and return dogs?
Collection and return are arranged only where they form part of the confirmed service. Times are practical windows rather than minute-by-minute guarantees.
Does a request guarantee a place?
No. Every request is assessed and becomes a booking only after we confirm it. Small-scale care means availability is intentionally limited.

Our assessment determines which care suits your dog and whether a place is available. Only our confirmation turns the request into a booking and fixes the amount agreed at confirmation. Any later paid change takes place only under arrangements shown in advance and expressly accepted.
