DOG MEALS

Great care starts with great food. Whether you prefer to bring your dog’s usual meals or would like us to provide a premium option, we keep feeding simple, consistent and tailored — ideal for busy expats and city schedules.

To keep your dog comfortable, you’re welcome to bring their regular food from home. This helps avoid sudden diet changes and keeps digestion steady — especially important for young dogs.

Simply portion meals in clearly labelled containers (breakfast/dinner) and tell us your preferred feeding times. We’ll follow your routine as closely as possible, including any ‘slow feeder’ or bowl preferences.

Travelling or short on time? No problem — you can also choose one of our in-house meal options (see below).

Prefer a straightforward, complete meal? Our premium kibble is a carefully selected, well-balanced option that works brilliantly for many dogs.

It’s served fresh at set times and provides consistent nutrition day after day — perfect for owners who want simple, reliable feeding without any fuss.

If your dog is switching between home food and our kibble, we’ll discuss the best approach with you to keep things gentle and gradual.

For dogs who thrive on a more natural menu, we offer our Wildmix fresh meals: a carefully portioned mix of fresh wild meats and 10–15% vegetables.

Wild meats may include deer, roe deer, goose, duck, pheasant, partridge and hare. We complement this with seasonal vegetables such as pumpkin, sweet potato, beetroot, carrot, parsnip, broccoli, bean sprouts, green beans, celery, spinach, endive, chicory, courgette and cucumber.

On request, we can add herbs such as celery leaf and parsley for flavour, plus a small amount of cold‑pressed salmon oil to support a healthy coat. (Additional costs apply for meals we provide.)

If your dog has allergies, intolerances or a sensitive stomach, we’ll follow your instructions precisely. Bring your dog’s prescribed food, or share the details of the diet you’d like us to maintain.

We can work with single‑protein diets, grain‑free plans, vet‑recommended feeding schedules and other special requirements. Where possible, we minimise cross‑contact by using clearly labelled bowls and separate feeding spaces.

Please include allergy notes and any ‘must avoid’ ingredients in your dog’s profile, so every carer sees it immediately.

Mealtimes should be relaxed. We feed in a calm environment and give dogs the time and space they need to eat at their own pace.

Need portion control for a growing puppy, weight management or training goals? Tell us the daily amount and we’ll stick to it.

If your dog requires medication with food, we can administer it as instructed, carefully and on time (no extra charge).

Many owners are moving towards fresher, less processed diets. Research in this area is still developing, but some studies suggest measurable changes when dogs switch from standard kibble/canned diets to raw or fresh-meat diets.

For example, Anderson et al. (2018) reported differences in immune‑related gene expression in a small study of beagles fed either a raw meat diet or a kibble/canned diet. This doesn’t prove a single ‘best’ diet for every dog, but it does highlight why nutrition choices can matter.

We’re not a veterinary clinic, so we won’t prescribe diets — but we will support your choices safely and consistently. If your dog has medical conditions, we recommend discussing nutrition with your vet.
